Yes that's right, Phil won the masters this year!! This is his third green jacket. I am thrilled that he won. Golf is my second favorite sport to watch. Yes I know it's slow and boring to some people but I love it. Especially when Phil is winning. My reasons for being a fan of his is more than golf. If you have watched him at all or read anything about him, you know that he is one of the kindest and most polite golfers around. He is the ultimate family man. When he has a bad round or a terrible tournament, he will still sign autographs, give polite interviews and simile and wave to the galleries. Quite a difference from Tiger. I know that Tiger has "done a lot for the game of golf." I just can't really separate the skill and personal side of him. I never could. Even before we knew about all of this "stuff" that Tiger has been into. I have just always disliked him. Now I have been proven right. I so hope that Phil has a great year this year. I hope even more that his mom and wife recover quickly and have an even better year.
I'm not a golfer, but I do think Tiger's always been a little too cocky.
