The girls and I took the kids to the county fair the other day. We mainly went because Kelsey wanted to watch her babysitter show her sheep. I think the little kids enjoyed it a lot but it was a little too tame for Jaxon. Molly didn't care for the smell of the pigs and sheep, and Baine and Bo got a little tired. Once we figured out that the kids were restless because they were hungry, we fed tham and things got a little easier.
It was a quick trip but I like to go every year just for the fun of it. One of these years I'm going to try a deep fried twinkie!
This was the only thing the kids really enjoyed!
I think it is funny that your grandkids, and my nephew for that matter, live in a farming community where they are around tractors everyday but seeing the tractors at the fair is the highlight of the trip.
