I cannot believe that I am the only one posting about this. All the girls (the ones that could come) from the Hutchison family had a sleep-over last week. I should say, all of the adult girls. No children or boys allowed. All grandma's were invited and it was a good thing since we had it at Lynette's house. Only Lynette has enough beds, bathrooms, and space for everyone. We all brought some of our favorite food for dinner. It could be home made or bought. We also brought treats and games for after dinner. Yes, lots of food left over. I even brought a movie to watch that we never got around to.
I thought that maybe I was a little too old for this but when my mom came and stayed up late with us all, I decided you're never too old! I had a really fun time and I think that most everyone else did as well. We are not a very large family and I love that we try to stay close and keep track of each other. Thanks to Tami for the planning and a big thanks to Lynette for hosting it! (I learned that night that the patella is the knee cap!) You're never too old or too sleepy to learn.
I agree, one never gets too old for stuff like that. Julie and I want to do that every couple of months. Hope everyone else will go along with that plan.
